This home was created for a family entering a new chapter — parents and their newly married son choosing to live together, yet independently. The challenge was to design for closeness without compromise, connection without intrusion.

The response became two distinct volumes — two homes — grounded separately, yet gently linked at the upper level. Independent, but always connected.
A shared arrival path brings both families home through the same journey, before naturally branching into their own private worlds.

Set above a river, framed by endless mountain views, the architecture quietly anchors itself to the landscape — glass, timber, and light dissolving the boundary between inside and out.

This project was not just about form.
It was about family, transition, and redefining what “together” can mean.
