Duplex living always came with a quiet compromise — mirrored facades, side-by-side entries, and that undeniable feeling that you’re sharing more than just a wall.
What if it didn’t have to be that way?
I kept asking myself: what makes a home feel like yours? Character. Orientation. The subtle sense that your front door isn’t a copy of your neighbor’s.
So I designed these two homes to gently turn away from each other — not dramatically, but just enough. Enough to carve out a private moment at the entrance. Enough to give each unit its own architectural identity. Enough to make duplex living feel, for the first time, like truly detached living.
Two homes. One gesture. All the difference.
